SMBNation Day 3 - Sorry I missed it...
I’m sad to say that I missed day three due to a family emergency and I had to fly home. I was looking forward to catching some final sessions with Jeff Middleton and Susan Bradley today.
This was my first SMB Nation to attend and I’m looking forward to participating in the one next year. I’ve always enjoyed reading Harry’s books as well as conversations with Harry, but it wasn’t until I attended the SMB Nation Summit, that I finally got the full picture and could appreciate the work he has done for the Small Business Community.
BTW Harry, having the side event for the spouse is a brilliant touch! Here’s a picture of me and Harry at SMB Nation. He’s sporting his cycling jersey as he was preparing to give out the Lance Armstrong Jackets to the attendees.
On a good note, I had a great dinner with several Partners from the East Coast, (sorry guys, I don’t remember everyone’s names). We went down to Pier 66 in Seattle for Crab Legs and had some interesting conversations which ranged from Small Business Solutions to the best years of Grapes for wine. Matt and Todd from Endeavor-Inc and Mr. Vlad Mazek, Florida’s Blog Master and leader of the Orlando SBS IT Pro Association were there to liven up the evening.
